The Role

• (Junior) Notion Systems Consultant
• Fully remote
• Contractor start with goal of part-time or full-time employment
• 20 hours / week to start
• $2,000 / month to start

What you’ll be doing (a day in the life)

• Being a Notion Consultant mostly revolves around our internal four-step process
  • You listen to the problems that the client has. Real people, real issues.
  • You think about how technology OR systems could solve this problem, i.e. you translate the client problem into a tech-enabled solution
  • You design & build the tech-enabled solution
  • You explain to the client how your tech-enabled solution solves his real-world problem - and then you need to figure out what new problem the client has because of that
• More specifically:
  • You design the database architecture to map a business and all of its operations over to Notion (The Backend)
  • You design the interface that users will use to interact with this database architecture (The Frontend)
  • You create the automations that remove tedious manual work so that everyone can focus on what really matters (The Bridge)
  • You communicate proactively with the client to make sure he is well taken care of at every step of the way (The Guide)
• And then, like in every job, there’s also meta work
  • Organise and project manage client projects.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the other team members to solve complex problems together.
  • Document your learnings and mistakes so that others can have an accelerated development.
